Chocolates and Wine

As I wake up in the morning
my heart searches for You
Your love satisfies the deepest yearnings
and so I look up to meet my Lover...

You are my sweet bliss
more than my favorite chocolate
better than a shot of wine...

my Obsession.

Compelling

I'm love sick again,
yearning for touch, sweet whispers,
affection,
hungry heart.

Here comes my Lover,
in His splendor and beauty.

Morning, meeting,
untamed Love.

First of 2012

My journal entry on the first day of 2012, which I believe is also the state of my heart at this very day of July 4...

We are called to discover and to unravel unknown things and make them known. We are in a journey of coming into the knowledge of our destiny step by step, moment by moment, change by change. Nothing is instant for those who want fullness. Intricate process is necessary.

The beauty of this journey is that every detail of the future is not completely revealed but we are given the promise of being perfected in Christ. I find joy in knowing a part of Mystery by living a life of dependence in Him. There is no way of discovering destiny but by asking, listening, believing, trusting and obeying the One.

Beautiful Craft

While at the jeep on my way home, an insight flashed through my mind after seeing a man checking on the value of something precious. "The value of a matter increases as its rarity increases", just like of genuine diamond in a pile of mine.

Who among the 7,049,134,200 people here on earth knows that he is precious? There is no other you not just on earth but in the whole creation. You are not just rare, but unique! The way you talk, the way your mind flows, the number of your hair and how you cry is uniquely you. No one can replace your existence for there is one and only you.

Famy kids during playtime.
There is nothing wrong with looking up to people, but trying to imitate others for the sake of self-security would surely turn your value down. The most valuable you is the unique you. Each and everyone of us is fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator (Psalm 139:14). To discover your gifting, talents, your own mechanism would be the best thing that you can do to yourself- a recovery of your real worth. Though the enemy stole our value after the fall of men, Jesus reclaimed our true value on the cross.

Where can we find our true self? I believe David's life is an example, as he cried "One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek, that I may dwell in His temple, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord all the days of my life" (Ps 27:4). The Presence of our Creator is the only place where we can find our unique self, for we are made in the image and likeness of God! (Gen 1:26)

She said Yes!

Nice start, I just witnessed  a celebration of a successful wedding proposal while writing this! How was that?*$%@!!

And so from this day, written melodies, dance steps, whispers of prayer and wishes, strokes of life's humor and surprises will be served in simple words of a whimsical blogger.

I am excited.
